Wanted to film Ahmed and Alisha sucking face to extreme levels, but they stopped once I started filming. Ruined my video. (at Crocodile Rock Toronto)

Ayla has been filling out an old Dr. Seuss “Who Am I” book that was filled out by me and my sisters as kids. I’m thinking the orange career selections must be mine. I’m still working on TV Star, Movie Star and Musician. And I probably circled Baseball Player and Policeman just to seem manly. (at Rideau Canal Walking Path)

You can see here that last night Behi had a manly martini, and I had a girly sangria with fruit in it. She offered to switch drinks for the photo so that I wouldn’t be embarrassed, but I declined. I feel that you all deserve honesty. And really, who would be fooled into thinking I’m manly? (at OZ Kafe)

On way to Ottawa, again! Same route. Different girl. Better iPad playlist. (No offence. But Cheryl has a whole City And Colour album. And Amanda just had two of their songs. But, Amanda’s playlist introduced me to the band. And also, Cheryl doesn’t seem to have my fav song, The Lonely Life. So we’ll call it even.) (at Kingston ON.)

Thanks to their sponsoring of Humble & Fred Radio, I’d heard of Fit for Life Food and suggested it to my friend Renee Joyce Boissonneault. The friendly staff made us yummy, healthy food. And now I’m fit for life and never have to exercise again. Plus I impressed a beautiful girl with my food choice! Sponsoring H&F rocks! (at Fit for Life Food)

I met Adam in a screenwriting class years ago. Last year he contacted me for help with a PSA he was going to shoot about aboriginal youth drug use for CAMH - Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. He was thinking it should be something showing how many youth die from drugs. Like a class photo with some X’s through some of the kids. I thought it should be more positive and celebratory of youth achievements, to give them a light to come to. I referenced uplifting music videos like Inner Ninja, and I came up with a concept about finding your natural high and I wrote a script that he shot. It did very well for the aboriginal community and has given CAMH a whole new way to speak to youth and help them improve their lives. Tonight Adam took me out to thank me. I didn’t get any credit in the press, because I was just helping him out with the project that he was already assigned. But I’ll write a blog post with more details soon. And in the meantime, you can read about what the campaign became at this link:

Tonight Adam took me out to thank me. He said Shoeless Joe’s is known for having the hottest waitresses so he suggested there. We sat at the bar and, of course, were served by the only male who works there. But I did ask the male bartender what the story was with one particular goddess who was walking around, and he told me how he gets asked about her a lot. I mulled over talking to her as an exercise to report back to What She Said radio about. Because last week the married guy told me to be confident and talk to women. But I decided to leave the goddess to her goddessness and pay attention to my date Adam. Because I’m just that nice of a guy. (Note: Neither if us were really ready for this photo, cuz I just snapped it quick to text to a couple of people to show them I was out and couldn’t text back for a while. And then this turned out to be my only photo of the night. So it gets Instagram fame. Aw well. Hope the goddess doesn’t think less of me because of it.) #aboriginal #youth #addiction #drugs #firstnations #canada #commercial #ad #script #copywriter #toronto #dating #radio #waitress #hot #sexy (at Shoeless Joe’s King and Duncan)

Teaser from tonight’s 2-minute Mayoral campaign speech at @RogersTVToronto. (I filmed myself being filmed. Very post-modern. My university drama teacher would be proud.) #Toronto #TOpoli #mayor #TOmayor #RogersTV #localcandidates #green #transit #ttc politics #politician #JoshRachlisForMayor #ILoveTO (at Rogers TV)

Thanks to @RogersTVToronto for filming my Mayoral campaign message. As a former Rogers TV host, you know that as Mayor I’ll support community cable! ;) (at Rogers TV)
